- What counts as an item?
- One row in your list, like one product or one job offer. Every item DataBuddy reads counts once, whether it is new, changed or the same as before.
- What happens when I reach my limit?
- Runs stop until the next month, or until you move to a bigger plan. Your data stays available in the API and as CSV.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time. There is no contract and no setup fee unless you ask us to build a source for you.
- Do you charge VAT?
- Prices exclude VAT. Businesses in the EU with a valid VAT number are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
